46th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Parade
THEME: "Dr. King's Dream: A Vision for the Future”
Monday, January 20, 2025 – 11:00 A.M.
Corner of N. Detroit Ave. & John Hope Franklin Blvd.
The MLK Day Parade celebrates participants of all ages honoring Dr. King’s legacy and demonstrating how we can continue keeping his dream alive. Floats and entries should reflect the parade’s theme and be suitable for all audiences, including children. Parade Marshals, Law Enforcement, Security Personnel, and Volunteers will be present to ensure participant safety and maintain proper spacing and movement.

7:00 am to 10:00 am - check-in: Park at your designated spot/number; we will come by and check you in

SCHOLARSHIP/PATRON DONATIONS:
You may make a tax-deductible donation to the MLK Scholarship Fund or the Celebration without participating in the parade. Any amount will be greatly appreciated! Donations of $25 or more will receive a special letter of appreciation.
Note: The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration Society has provided direct programming, leadership development, civic engagement and opportunities for artistic expression for more than 20,000 boys and girls across the city of Tulsa, Tulsa County and the surrounding areas since it was founded in 1978. The Society has awarded $132,000 in scholarships over the past three decades to local high school graduates aspiring to achieve Dr. King’s dream.
